CRJS 0204 - Criminal Procedure

3 Credit Hours

This course acquaints the students with the principles, duties, and mechanics of criminal procedure regarding an arrest, the use of force, and search and seizure. In addition, students wiwll examine the types, degrees, admissibility, competence, and weight of evidence and proof, explicitly with rules of evidence and procedures to follow at the operational level.

Pre-requisites: CRJS 0101  CRJS 0102  or CRJS 0103
