CRJS 0203 - Criminal Law (T►) 3 Credit Hours
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the classification and components of crimes, emphasizing common law and Kansas criminal law. Students will explore fundamental theories of substantive criminal law and develop the ability to identify crimes and ascertain lesser charges that may be appropriate. Curriculum emphasis examines the nature, sources and type of criminal law based on actual court cases.
