BAKE 0130 - Yeast Bread Production


3 Credit Hours

This course takes an in-depth look in the production of yeast dough, types of production that are made with yeast, mixing methods, various doughs, faults and how they are caused when a poor product is produced. Students will create a variety of yeast products such as pan bread, soft rolls, French bread, croissants and Danish to name a few.

Pre-requisites: CULN 0205  and BAKE 0100 .
