The Surveying Technology certificate program will teach the students the basic surveying principles, mathematics, and operations of land surveying. Students will learn traverse and other computations used in route surveying, boundary surveying, topographic mapping, and construction surveying. Students will be able to perform land records research and learn the applicable legal principles of property boundary surveying. Upon satisfactory completion of this program, the student will have earned either a certificate B or an AAS in Surveying Technology.
Requirements for Admission to the Program
- Reading score of 240 on the Accuplacer.
