The Homeland Security Technical Certificate is structured in a manner that allows for the development of knowledge in terrorism awareness and disaster prevention. It integrates language, science, history, culture, and logic into a deconstructive process, which enables the students to deal with the threat of terrorism and disasters in the Unites States. At the completion of these courses, students can interact with prevention and response agencies that deal with these catastrophic events.
