This course introduces students to the principles, methods, and practices of commercial construction. Topics include industry structure, building materials, construction processes, blueprint reading, safety, and basic trade skills. Emphasis is placed on understanding how commercial projects are planned, coordinated, and executed, providing a foundation for advanced study in commercial construction technology.
