ALHT 0201 - Experiential Learning in Health Professions

1-4 Credit Hours

This course provides the student an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills from a planned work experience in the chosen career field. Experiential learning placements are directly related to the student’s program of study and provide opportunities not available in the classroom setting. Learning activities will be selected and evaluated by the assigned faculty mentor and on-site supervisor in collaboration with the student. This is a variable credit course. Students may choose to enroll in 1, 2, 3, or 4 credits.
