CRJS 0104 - Interpersonal Communications and Crisis Situations

This course addresses verbal and non-verbal communication from the point of both sender and receiver. Much of the focus is on the skills necessary to defuse and arbitrate civil disturbances in such a fashion that mitigates enforcement actions when practical.

Notes: Only police recruits are eligible to take this course.
