NURS 0245 - NURSING MANAGEMENT OF CARE CONCEPTS

This course assists the student in the transition from the student role to the role of the professional nurse. The focus of the course is on concepts of leadership as students have the opportunity to manage collaborative evidence-based care for groups of clients in a variety of clinical settings. Students are able to refine their clinical judgment and prioritization skills to promote health and ensure safe quality care.

Pre-requisites: NURS 0131, NURS 0132, NURS 0143, NURS 0243, NURS 0244.
