FRSC 0211 - FIREFIGHTER II

This course is based on NFPA 1001: Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications and may lead to IFSAC and Pro Board certifications. The course is designed for the person who seeks the knowledge and skills to function as an integral member of a firefighting team under direct or general supervision in hazardous conditions. The Fire Fighter II course consists of a combination of classroom study, drill field practice, and training evolutions that will prepare the fire fighter to perform most fire ground functions under the supervision of an officer or experienced fire fighter. Successful completion of all written exams, practical exercises and a passing score on the state certification exam is required for certification.
