The world has changed since September 11, 2001. We remain a Nation at risk from terrorist attacks and will remain so for the foreseeable future. At all Threat Conditions, the fire service must remain vigilant, prepared, and ready to deter terrorist attacks. This course presents threat conditions and how the fire service can reduce the risks from terrorist attacks. Preparedness measures are provided to assist agencies in the development and implementation of appropriate agencyspecific preparedness measures.
