BEMT 0145 - Residential Painting

2 Credit Hours

This is a technical course on interior and exterior painting. The student will learn the technical aspects of a professional paint job, along with the application of the technical aspects. Students will learn the professional methods of how to complete an interior or exterior paint job. Training is required in handling extension and step ladders, along with their OSHA 10, and ladder safety course. This course will require the student to complete extensive hands-on training, written assignments, estimates, and a final exam.

Pre-requisites: BEMT 0101 - OSHA 30.
