AUDI 0281 - Audio Engineering Portfolio 2

This course will allow further exploration and development of the skills acquired in AUDI 0260 and AUDI 0270. The student will use industry specific computer based digital audio workstation systems (DAWs) and moving fader control surfaces to produce stereo and surround-sound projects. The professional workplace and how to adjust to it will be discussed and experientially practiced. The student will be required to produce a professional and well-presented portfolio of recorded work, which may include (but is not limited to), music mixes, dramatic productions, library of sound effects, library of ambiances, audio for picture projects.

Pre-requisites: AUDI 0270 with a grade of C or better.
Co-requisites: AUDI 0280 is a corequisite requirement.
